A licensed NYS real estate broker since 1989, Christel worked in the real estate finance department at Salomon Brothers in NYC where she bought and sold in excess of $1 billion dollars in domestic and international real estate. Since that time, she has also purchased and sold coops in Manhattan, country property in Washington County, NY and numerous properties in Saratoga Springs.

In 1993, Christel left her investment banking profession in NYC and moved to Saratoga to own and operate an historic restaurant. She has since sold that business and in 2004 opened an exciting new restaurant in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs with her husband, Colin. Her love of Saratoga, intricate market knowledge, sophistication and way with people makes Christel the perfect choice to help you with your exciting real estate purchase or sale.

Colin came to Saratoga Springs in 1997 from NYC where he worked for 10 years as an actor and then a producer for Broadway theatre. In NYC he was actively involved in the rental market, always having a knack at finding wonderful doorman buildings at below market value for himself and his actor peers.

A licensed NYS salesperson since 2002, Colin is a proficient and extremely knowledgeable real estate professional. Known for his aesthetic, analytical skills and expertise regarding sourcing the most appropriate financing options for clients, he is a major asset to the Realty Saratoga Team. A licensed NYS salesperson since 2005, Nick brings to the table 19 years of local knowledge as well as the most up to date training to join the already outstanding Realty Saratoga team.

Prior to a career in Real Estate, Nick was employed with Target Corporation. For four years, he utilized his professionalism, integrity, and hard work to improve upon Target’s quality assurance program and overall productivity. Active in their training program as well, Nick successfully guided many new team members through the training process, assuring the highest quality development for each team member as well as the distribution center itself.
